A registration form should be submitted for anyone who wishes to receive their First Holy Communion. Parents, including parents of children who attend Queen of All Saints Academy, should fill out a form for their child.

After the parish office reviews submitted forms, classes and dates for receiving First Holy Communion will be scheduled.

A date will also be scheduled for First Confession if necessary.

If parents intend their child to receive First Holy Communion and First Confession in April 2024, this form must be submitted by March 1, 2024. This will allow the office sufficient time to schedule the necessary classes and order supplies.
